My French drain was clogged so water was seeping into the basement. Todd came out, evaluated the situation, and provided a very reasonable estimate to clear the drain. He then said they were quite busy and could not do the job for 5-6 days. However, he thought another customer may be postponing a job and if so, he could be here in 2 days. Sure enough, he called the next day to tell me he could be at my home the following day. Once he got here, Todd did a number of things to clear the blockage. It must have been quite a large clog because it took some time and effort but he did not stop until he was absolutely certain that the drain was clear. He then cleaned up the basement floor of any dirt and water before he left. I could not be happier with Todd and Basement Pros. If I ever have any other issues with water, mold, or cracks in my basement, I will definitely call them first.
