What a great experience. Corey is an honest and upfront guy that works within the confines of both professionalism and integrity. He installed 4 beams on a foundation wall with 2” deflection (all set in concrete- tied into floor joists) and set a steel post on a footer under my steps for added support at a point where stairs had compromised a load bearing beam. He worked with a group of younger guys that I heard him mentor and lead in an encouraging manner. He and his team cleaned the areas where they had worked and were super personable the entire time. Corey is extremely knowledgeable and it was reflected in both his estimate of the job and his work.
