From start to finish, my experience with Erickson Foundation Supportworks was wonderful. We had a main support beam in our basement that our house inspector noted needed permanent supports. The temporary supports were barely holding on with wooden blocks. We could visibly see the house sagging, and things in the kitchen would roll forward if left on the counter. The gentleman that came out to do the inspection took the time to fully explain everything to us so we were very clear about what we were getting into. The office support staff called to check in various times to make sure I was all set with everything that needed to happen before the work began and reminded me of the dates to make sure everything was on track, and then after, which was greatly appreciated! Then the installation crew was great! They were all very friendly and polite and did a great job! And the CLEANUP! They left our basement cleaner than it was before they got here! I should have taken before and after shots, but I did get a during and after shot! We've also noticed, post-installation, that our house is much quieter while walking around the area that the supports were added. Thank you again Erickson Foundation Supportworks! We will definitely be calling again if we have any other project pop up that you can help with.
