Liftech was founded by a former home builder and general contractor who regularly experienced the issues failed concrete can cause. Until recently, concrete replacement or mudjacking was the only feasible, readily available option. However, replacement is not only costly, but tearing out and re-pouring concrete creates a huge mess for days, if not weeks. Mudjacking is an option for repair, but it is highly invasive, quite messy and often temporary. Just as the concrete flatwork around a structure fails, often the foundation is affected too. Foundation issues create undue stress and heartache for any homeowner as their most prized possession becomes a potential money pit. In the end, many of the so-called repair options available to the homeowner won't solve the problem permanently or without breaking the bank.
