Misty and Tim helped my mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's, deal with a large repair at her mobile home after a flooding issue. They handled her with dignity and respect and did the job to the highest standards. Tim helped my mother pick out new finishes, floors and cabinets and she was thrilled with how beautiful her home looked upon completion. They kept me in the loop on all details as requested as her power of attorney. Their crew members were polite and friendly as well as efficient. I received regular updates and photos to watch the progress. What could have been a huge issue of stress for my mother ended up being a very positive experience for her. She felt empowered by the way they treated her and that meant a great deal to my family with her cognitive impairment journey. I found them to be open with communications and that the work was excellent. Their estimates were thorough and accurate. They even helped my mother with an issue that was discovered and verified with photo evidence on a window repair job that was necessary to ensure no more water issues during the six months she is back in the midwest. I recommend them highly. I will add that I am a licensed real estate broker and do not give recommendations that I am not confident in making. Every question or concern I had was addressed to my satisfaction. Thanks Mesic! After the work was completed they asked my mother to look over it upon her next return to Arizona for the winter and let them know if any final details needed to be addressed. She found a couple of very minor things and they came right out and addressed them.
