We get an annual visit from Peak Structural. Their technician (Carlos Alfaro) did a 100% inspection, to include testing the Sump Pump. He was efficient, courteous, and even provided recommendations for our Courtyard slabs that are showing some very slight movement after 17 years since they were poured. He left us with a fair estimate, if we ever decide those slabs need attention. We are very pleased with the satisfaction of knowing that our system is going to function when needed.
