Stable Soils of Florida, Inc. is a geotechnical construction company specializing in foundation leveling, soil stabilization and infrastructure restoration. We offer a wide array of products and services to lift concrete, fill voids, seal cracks and stabilize soils with the most cost-effective, safe, and minimally invasive solutions.

Stable Soils of Florida, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Foundation Services of Central Florida, Inc. We were founded in 2010 and are one of the top polyurethane applicators in the state. We work throughout Florida on residential as well as commercial applications.

Our Staff and Technicians

Our technicians are highly trained and are sent to our manufacturing plant for factory training and refresher courses twice each year.

Each of our technicians are background checked and randomly drug tested to ensure honesty and integrity in all aspects of their work. We trust each of our technicians to perform professionally and cordially at all times.

Stable Soils conducts quarterly safety meetings to review safety and handling procedures of products as well as structural jobsite safety.

Our Customers

Our customer base ranges from residential, commercial, government and industrial. Our process fills voids, seals cracks, solidifies soils and lifts the problem areas beneath any and all structures. The goal of our process is to rebuild the integrity and original structural levels.
