Outstanding company... and great customer service from beginning to end. Ted (design specialist) spent quite a bit of time in our initial meeting discussion crawl space options, explaining the process, and what was required. He met w/ me the day before he went on vacation, so I was pleasantly surprised when he provided a detailed quote/job description his first day back at work. He met w/ me a 2nd time to review the documents and to show me a short video that explained (visually) the work that would be done. On the first day of work, Eric and his team (Hunter, Jaron and Victor) arrived early and started right away. They were very courteous & respectful, and they worked the entire time. They let me know when they left for lunch... and returned when they said they would. They checked out with me in the afternoon and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up/swept my garage EVERY day they were here. When I suggested they didn't have to do that, the answer was "No ma'am, we aren't going to leave this mess". And they showed me pix each day so that I could see their progress. I was having an issue w/ my irrigation pump and Hunter mentioned to me that he noticed one of my pipes under the house was "taped up" and looked like it had been leaking. When I mentioned this to my irrigation guy, he identified this as the source of my pump problem, replaced that section of the pipe, and took care of it. Had it not been for Hunter, I am not sure how long (or if) this issue would have been discovered. The irrigation guy said over time there was a strong possibility the leak could have gotten worse, and that would have been bad news to have a huge leak AFTER completion of the crawl space work. Great work, fair price, outstanding customer service! I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future!
